5. REMOTE CONTROL (WI-FI)
This appliance is equipped with Wi-Fi
technology that allows you to control it
remotely via App.
APPLIANCE PAIRING (ON APP)
! Download the Candy simply-Fi App on
your device.
• Open the App.
• Login using the same credentials (mail
and password) used when the subscription
to the tank reordering service was
finalized.
• Follow the App instruction on your
smartphone or the guided procedure in the
"Quick Guide" attached (further details at
go.he.services/zp).
TO ENABLE REMOTE CONTROL
! Check that the router is switched on and
connected to the Internet.
! Load the laundry, close the door, add the
detergent if it’s necessary.
! Turn the SMART RING (programme
selection ring) to the REMOTE CONTROL
(Wi-Fi) position : the door will lock and
the controls on the control panel will be
disabled.
! Start the cycle using the Candy simply-Fi
app. When the cycle has been
completed, turn off the machine by
turning the SMART RING to the OFF
position to unlock the door.
TO DISABLE REMOTE CONTROL
! To exit REMOTE CONTROL mode while
a cycle is underway, turn the SMART
RING to any position other than REMOTE
CONTROL (Wi-Fi) without going OFF.
The control panel on the appliance will be
operative once again, and if the cycle is
paused, you will be able to open the door
once the DOOR LOCKED indicator light
switches off.
! With the door closed, turn the knob to the
REMOTE CONTROL (Wi-Fi) position to
control the appliance using the app once
again. If there is a cycle underway, it will
continue.
In order to enable the use of the
appliance, also by means of the knob, it
is necessary to complete the
APPLIANCE PAIRING procedure on the
APP and the subsequent AUTODOSE
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION using the
App. Failure to complete the two
operations prevents total use of the
product.
The Candy simply-Fi App is available
for devices running both Android and
iOS, both for tablets and for
smartphones.
Get all the details of the Wi-Fi
functions by browsing the App in
DEMO mode.
For safety reasons, in some wash
cycle phases, the door can be
opened only if the level of the water
is below its lower edge and if the
temperature is less than 45°C. If
these conditions are met, wait for the
DOOR LOCKED light to switch off
before opening the door.
