Access the Canon website to download the E560 printer driver.
Choose the Full Driver & Software Package for your Windows version.
Click 'Next' to begin the driver installation wizard.
Wait while the initial installation components are being set up.
Select 'Wireless Connection' for setting up network connectivity.
Click 'Next' to move to the connection preparation stage.
Confirm the printer is powered on before starting wireless connection setup.
Initiate the connection to your network by clicking 'Connect to the network'.
Choose 'Other setup' for alternative connection methods like WPS.
Use 'Wireless Setup Using the USB Cable' to establish wireless connection.
Choose your geographical region to proceed with the setup.
Select your specific country or region, e.g., 'Hong Kong SAR China'.
Select the desired software components for installation.
Review and accept the End User License Agreement by clicking 'Yes'.
Allow installation processes, including firewall prompts, to proceed.
Wait for the driver files to download and the installation to progress.
If prompted, select 'Set up the network connection via USB' option.
Connect the printer and computer using the USB cable for detection.
Wait for the computer to detect the printer.
The system searches for available wireless routers for connection.
Select your access point and enter the network key to connect.
The system communicates with the printer via USB.
