The shutter-priority
zone settings
on
the command
dial
can
be
used
for
various
advanced
oPerations.
In the shutter-priority
zone,
you
set
the
shutter
speed
and
the
cam
era
automatically
sets
the apertu
re to
obtain
a suitable
exposure.
This
is
called
shutter-prioritY
AE.
Faster
shutter
speeds
allow
You
to
freeze
moving
subjects,
while
with
slower
shutter
speeds
blur
the subject
with a
feeling
of
motion.

hold down
the shutter

the shutter

at

you
can
take
pictures
of
your
television
screen
.
When taking
a
photograph
of
a
TV screen,
be
sure
to hold
the camera
very steady
or use
a
tripod
