Follow important notes regarding administrator login, application closure, user switching, internet connection, and firewall settings.
Navigate the printer's menu to select 'LAN settings' using arrow keys and press OK.
Choose 'Wireless LAN setup' from the LAN settings menu and confirm with the OK button.
Select the 'Cableless setup' option from the Wireless LAN setup menu and press OK.
Press the OK button to enable direct communication for retrieving setting details.
The printer is now ready to receive wireless network information. Proceed to the computer.
Insert the CD-ROM and run 'Msetup4.exe' or manually locate it if it doesn't autorun.
Download the software from the provided link or double-click the downloaded .exe file.
Click 'Start Setup' on the initial screen to begin the installation process.
Select 'Wireless LAN Connection' from the connection method options and click 'Next'.
Choose the recommended 'Connect via wireless router' option and proceed by clicking 'Next'.
Ensure the printer is powered on before proceeding to the next setup step.
Verify the printer is selected by matching its serial number (last 5 digits) in the list.
The screen indicates that the wireless connection has been successfully completed. Click Next.
The printer setup is complete; the software installation will now begin. Click 'Next'.
Choose desired optional software from the list and click 'Next' to proceed with installation.
The installation is complete. Click 'Exit' on the 'Installation completed successfully' screen.
