Unpack the printer, remove protective materials, connect power, and turn it on.
Select the device's language and country or region for proper operation.
Check the package contents to ensure all necessary items are present.
Remove protective sheets and tape from the printer before initial use.
Open the paper output tray, paper output cover, and lift the ink cartridge lock lever.
Unpack and insert the color and black FINE cartridges into their respective slots.
Repeat for the second cartridge and close the paper output cover.
Open paper trays, adjust guides, and load A4 or Letter paper for alignment.
Start the alignment, print a pattern, and verify its correctness on the screen.
Load plain or photo paper correctly into the paper input area.
Connect the USB cable and install the software using the CD-ROM.
