Connect power and data cables, then turn on the printer.
Load paper into the cassette and open the scanner unit.
Insert the ink cartridges into the print head.
Install the print head assembly into the printer.
Select the printer's display language and country/region.
Confirm and start the setup process following on-screen instructions.
Printer cleaning process, do not close the paper output tray.
Load specified paper and press OK for head alignment.
Load plain paper into the cassette (lower) and press OK.
Load specified paper (MP-101) for head alignment.
Option to start wireless LAN setup or cancel for now.
Select USB or wired LAN connection based on computer instructions.
Install printer software from CD or download.
Choose between USB or LAN connection for printer usage.
