If paired but not playing, reconnect the device. Also, maximize the volume on the mobile device and increase the volume on the BRA 3 / VRA 3. Ensure that sources of interference, such as a WiFi router or a laptop, are not placed in close proximity to the BRA 3 / VRA 3. If you have simultaneous operation via WiFi and Bluetooth® connection from a mobile device, disable Wifi on the device. Finally, reduce the distance between the speaker and the mobile device, ensuring you are within the maximum range of 10 m.

  If the sound reproduction on your Canton BRA 3 / VRA 3 Touch terminals is too soft, first, increase the volume using the 'Volume' button and also increase the volume of the source device. If the maximum possible volume was limited by the 'Volume' function (VOL), increase the maximum possible volume according to instructions.

  If coupled wireless speakers do not turn on together with the BRA 3 / VRA 3 Canton Touch terminals, the speakers may not be coupled together. Pair all slave speakers according to chapter WSP (Wireless Speaker Pairing). If the parameter Standby [STB] is set to ECO, each speaker must be switched on separately with the remote control. If you want to switch all speakers on together, set the parameter to NSB/ LAN, MAN or AUT.

  If your Canton BRA 3 / VRA 3 Touch terminals aren't automatically switching to the BT input, the BT Select function is likely deactivated (MAN). Activate the BTS function (AUT). Ensure that Bluetooth® is enabled on your device. If the BRA 3 / VRA 3 is connected to another device, disable Bluetooth® on the other device. If the device is not paired with the BRA 3 / VRA 3, pair your device with the BRA 3 / VRA 3.

  If the Canton BRA 3 / VRA 3 Touch terminals unintentionally switches on, this can happen when your mobile device is playing system sounds such as when typing on the keyboard, a digital source is turned on, or an analog source is playing. Change the standby function from AUT to ECO, NSB, LAN or MAN.

  If the BT input cannot be selected via the 'Input' buttons on your Canton BRA 3 / VRA 3 Touch terminals, the function BT Select [BTS] is likely activated. The switching happens automatically as soon as the BRA 3 / VRA 3 detects an audio signal from the device. If unwanted, set BT Select (BTS) to manual.
