What to do if the handle will not turn to select the desired weight on CAP ADJUSTABELL SDBAIS-055G6 Fitness Equipment?

  If the handle does not turn to select the desired weight, make sure that the handle is fully depressed down into the cradle. The locking mechanism will not be released until the handle fully engages the cradle. You cannot change the weight selection without the handle fully engaging the cradle. Once properly engaged, the handle should turn freely.
