3. If the Ca pcom servi ce t ec hnician is unable to solve the problem by
phone,
he will provide yo u with a return Authorization num be r.

your PAK fre ig ht prepaid, at your risk of da ma ge ,

th your sa les slip or similiar proof-of-purchase within th e

freight prepaid to Ca pc om , enc losing a check or mone y orde r for
