Pendant l’utilisation d’appareils électriques, des précautions de base doivent

• Pour prévenir les incendies, les chocs électriques et les blessures, ne pas
submerger le cordon, la fiche ni l’appareil dans l’eau ni dans tout autre liquide.
• Ne jamais submerger la base dans l’eau ni dans tout autre liquide pour le
nettoyage.
• Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour être utilisé par une personne (ou un enfant)
dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles ou intellectuelles sont réduites, ou
qui ne possède pas l’expérience ou les connaissances requises, à moins de
recevoir la supervision ou les instructions requises.
• Une supervision étroite est requise lorsqu’un appareil est utilisé par ou à
proximité des enfants.
• Débrancher l’appareil de la prise lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé et avant de le nettoyer.
Le laisser refroidir avant d’installer ou de démonter des pièces et avant de
nettoyer l’appareil.
• NE PAS utiliser un appareil dont le cordon ou la fiche est endommagé ou qui a
été endommagé de quelque manière que ce soit. Retourner l’appareil à un

• NE PAS laisser le cordon pendre le long de la table ou du comptoir, ni toucher

• NE PAS placer l’appareil sur ni à proximité d’un brûleur au gaz ou électrique
chaud, ni dans un four chaud.
• Toujours brancher la fiche dans l’appareil en premier, puis brancher le cordon
dans la prise murale.
• Pour débrancher, couper l’interrupteur de mise en marche, puis débrancher la
fiche de la prise murale.
• NE PAS utiliser l’appareil à une fin autre que ce pour quoi il a été conçu.
• Prendre des précautions extrêmes en présence de vapeur chaude.
• Le pichet à lait ne convient pas au four à micro-ondes.
• Seul le pichet fourni peut être placé sur la plaque chauffante de la base.

Deluxe Caramel Latte
2 Servings
• 14-oz milk
• 2 shots of espresso or 4-6 oz of strong brewed coffee
• caramel sauce
• whipped cream
Prepare 2 shots of espresso or 4-6 oz of coffee and set aside. Insert the heating
disk add milk to the frothing pitcher and choose the FLAT setting. Start the cycle
by pressing the center of the selector dial. While the milk is heating coat the
inside of two cups with the caramel sauce and divide the prepared coffee evenly
between the two cups. Once the milk is finished heating, add 7-oz to each cup
and top with whipped cream and more caramel sauce.
Tip: For a latte with slightly more froth, replace the heating disk with the frothing
disk; follow the MAX guideline for frothing capacity.

LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty covers your Capresso machine Model #207. This warranty is in
effect for one year from the date of the first consumer purchase. This warranty
covers all defects in materials or workmanship (parts and labor). Capresso will
repair or replace your machine within one year from the date of the first consumer
purchase.
The warranty does not cover:
• Any machine not distributed by Capresso.
• Any machine not purchased from an Authorized Capresso Dealer.
• Commercial use of the machine.
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, misuse, improper operation
or failure to follow instructions contained in this manual.
• Any service or alteration performed by an unauthorized person, company or
association.
• Any used machines bought at auctions and unauthorized websites.
Other limitations and exclusions:
Any implied warranties including fitness for use and merchantability are limited in
duration to the period of the express warranty set forth above and no person is
authorized to assume for JURA any other liability in connection with the sale of
the machine. JURA expressly disclaims liability for incidental and consequential
damages caused by the machine. The terms "incidental damages" refers to the
loss of the original purchaser’s time, loss of the use of the machine or other
costs relating to the care and custody of the machine. The term "consequential
damages" refers to the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is
damaged when this machine does not work properly. The remedies provided
under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all others. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
