What to do if my Capsa Healthcare M38e cart will not power up?

  If your Capsa Healthcare Medical Equipment cart won't power up, ensure the power cord is plugged into a working, hospital-grade outlet and securely connected to the back of the cart. Check if the Power System Interface (PSI) is charging when plugged in. If the charge is critically low (20% or less), allow the cart to fully charge. If it still doesn't start, verify the PSI cables are properly seated.

  If your Capsa Healthcare Medical Equipment cart isn't charging, verify the external spiral cord is plugged into the base and that the outlet is functioning correctly. Also, ensure the power cord is connected to a working, hospital-grade outlet and securely plugged into the back of the cart. Check if the PSI indicates charging when plugged in. If the charge is critically low (20% or less), allow the cart to fully charge. If charging fails, verify the PSI cables are seated properly.
