Mise sous tension
Après la mise sous tension, le moniteur émettra 3 bips et tous les écrans s’allumeront.
Le message « BIENVENUE » apparaitra dans la fenêtre de texte.
Note : Lorsqu’aucun signal n’est détecté ou qu’aucune donnée n’est entrée pendant 4 minutes, la machine se
met en mode veille. Le fait de pédaler ou d’appuyer sur une touche rallumera le moniteur.
Pause
La séance peut être mise en pause en appuyant sur la touche RESET. La séance reprend lorsque vous
appuyez à nouveau sur la touche RESET.
Sélection de la séance
Après la mise sous tension, utilisez l’une des 9 touches de programme pour accéder au mode désiré. La fenêtre
de texte affichera ensuite le nom du programme sélectionné pendant 3 secondes.
Il existe 9 modes de séance :
Démarrage rapide, programme manuel, programme utilisateur, programme par intervalle, programme
Watts, programme de contrôle de la fréquence cardiaque (HRC), programme test, programme IMC-MB-
IMG, programme Montagne.
Lorsque la fenêtre de texte affiche le nom du mode, commencez à pédaler ou appuyez sur mode pour régler les
données en les faisant défiler. Ces données varient en fonction des programmes.
