1) Attach the brush head and make sure it is locked in place.
2) Wet the bristles and apply appropriate amount of toothpaste.
3) Position the bristles at a 45 degree angle towards the gumline.
Changing the toothbrush head
INSTALL: Slide the toothbrush head down to
the handle. Turn clockwise until the bristles are
aligned with the button.
DETACH: Turn the toothbrush head counter-
clockwise and gently pull out the brush head
along the handle.

5) Gently guide and glide the brush along the
gumline using only light pressure from your

6) Now move the brush head slowly along the inner surfaces of all your teeth.
Spend extra me on the inner surfaces of your lower front teeth as this is where
dental calculus can buid up.
7) Now clean the bing surfaces (top of the back teeth) by slowly moving across
and leng the toothbrush do its job.
FOR BEST RESULTS, MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE YOUR BRUSH HEAD EVERY 3
MONTHS. THIS CAN SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE PLAQUE BUILDUP.
