Operation
The operation of the unit is simple. Plug unit into a properly grounded
120V, 60HZ power source. To turn it on, press the electronic control
switch marked “ON/Speed” to the desired low, medium or high speed
(Fig. 6) - this will automaticlly turn on your ionization stage as well. OR
you can use your remote control if you own the “Deluxe Model” (Fig. 7).
NOTE: DO NOT PLACE ANY ITEMS ON TOP OF UNIT
The “ON/Speed” light indicates the speed in which the unit is operating. In
the “Deluxe Model”, you have the option of turning on Stage 9
(Deodorizer/Ozonator) manually or with the remote control to the desired
number of hours. (See page 4 for more on this feature.)
Care and Maintenance:
The Nutri-Tech Air Purifier is easy to maintain. Approximately every 3
months, the filter check light on your control panel will turn on and a soft
audible beeping will be heard. It is time to check your filter cartridges.
To reset the filter check reset timer press and hold the “Reset” button, on
the control panel, until light flashes 5 times. Your pre-filter is cleanable. You
can either dry-vacuum it or wash it with a hose or under the faucet in the
sink, but be sure it is completely dry before placing it back in the unit. Your
main filter should be replaced every 12 months or earlier if you feel it is
needed. It is easy to remove and completely disposable.

Operación
La operación de la unidad es simple. Conecte la unidad a un tomacorriente
de 120 voltios, 60 hertz debidamente conectado a tierra. Para encenderla,
oprima el control electrónico marcado “On/Speed”, oprima una vez para
velocidad baja; 2 veces para velocidad media y 3 veces para velocidad alta
(Fig 6) - al oprimir el control también se encenderá la Etapa de lonización,
o puede usar su control remoto para esta operación si usted posee el
Modelo “Deluxe” (Fig. 7).
NOTE: No coloque ningún objeto encima de la unidad
La luz al lado de la palabra On/Speed indica que la unidad está encendida y
tra-bajando propiamente. En el Modelo, “Deluxe” usted tiene la opción de selec-
cionar a Etapa 9 - (Deodorizante/Ozonizador) manualmente o con el control
remoto por el número de horas que desee. (Ver Pag. 4 para más indicaciones
de esta característica)
Cuidado y Mantenimiento
El purificador de aire Nutri-Tech se mantiene en una forma muy conveniente.
Aproximadamente cada 2-3 meses la luz del panel de control puede que se
encienda. Ese momento es el indicado para inspeccionar el filtro. Para cancce-
lar la luz de aviso (Filter Check) oprima el boton marcado “Reset” por unos 5
segun-dos. Su pre-filtro se puede limpiar, lo mismo en seco, con una aspirado-
ra demano, con una manguera de agua o debajo de la pila, asegúrese de que
el filtro esté completamente seco antes de colocarlo de nuevo en la unidad. El
cartucho principal debe ser reemplazado cada 12 meses o antes, si lo
considera
necesario.
Es fácil de remover y completamente desechable.
