WARNING
The technician’s intervention is necessary when the ALARM message occurs.
DISPLAY DESCRIPTION
Safety Therm. Cyl
The safety thermostat of the cylinder intervened. The machine passes to STOP and doesn’t complete
the pasteurisation cycle. The mix IS NOT pasteurised.
Safety Therm. Hop
The safety thermostat of the hopper intervened. The machine passes to STOP and doesn’t complete
the pasteurisation cycle. The mix IS NOT pasteurised.
Overload Beater
The thermal relay intervened upon the beater’s motor.
Pressure Switch
The pressure switch intervened.
Overload Compres
The thermal relay of the compressor’s motor intervened.
Al. Hopper Probe
The temperature probe of the hopper doesn’t work.
Al. Cylind. Probe
The temperature probe of the cylinder doesn’t work.
Al. IceHop. Probe
The sensor of the hopper’s vaporizer doesn’t work.
Al Evapor.Probe
The sensor of the cylinder’s vaporizer doesn’t work.
Ice Cylinder
This alarm may appear due to the scarce supply of the cylinder.
Timeout Prd.
Freezing problems, the product doesn’t harden.
Belt Alarm
The beater in the hopper doesn’t work.
Invert Phases!
It’s necessary to invert 2 phases in the three-phase supply line in order to make the beater’s rotation
direction correct.
Al. Topping Probe
(Soft side only)
The temperature topping probe doesn’t work.
Overload Mixer
(Shake side only)
The thermal relay of the mixer intervened. The machine doesn’t pass to Stop but displays the alarm that
remains on display only momentarily.
IMSA Open
(Shake side only)
Carter of the actuator’s cover is opened.
IMSB Open
(Shake side only)
The spinner’s cover is opened.
Level failure
(Shake side only)
Indicates the anomalous functioning of the cup’s level sensor.
