d. Unit shall be equipped with either a 4-row
DX (direct expansion) cooling coil or a
6-row DX cooling coil as required.
e. For installation in a 4-pipe system the unit
shall be equipped with either a 4-row DX
cooling/1-row heating split-circuit coil or a
4/2, 6/1, or 6/2 split-circuit coil as
required.
f. Unit coil(s) shall be copper fin, copper tube
with stainless steel tube and sheets.
*2.Filters:
a. A two-in. pleated filter shall be installed in
the unit (standard).
b. One-in. pleated or (2) 1-in. throwaway
filters shall be installed as indicated on the
equipment schedule.
* 3. Insulation:
a. Units shall be equipped with edge sealed,
1-in. thick Tuf-Skin™ RX insulation.
b. Unit shall be equipped with edge-sealed,
1-in. thick foil-faced insulation.
*4.Controls:
a. Unit shall be equipped with 24-v trans-
former, motor contactor and terminal strip
for connection to field provided controller.
b. Unit shall be equipped with interlocking
door-disconnect switch, touch-type fusing,
24-v transformer, motor contactor and ter-
minal strip for connection to field provided
controller.
c. Unit shall be equipped with interlocking door-
disconnect switch, separate motor and
electric heater touch-type fusing, 24-v trans-
former, motor contactor and terminal strip
for connection to field provided controller.
