What to do if my CAS Water Filtration System is not operating at all and has no lights?
    • E
      Emily JonesAug 19, 2025
First, ensure the POWER PACK POWER CORD is properly connected to a working wall outlet and that the outlet is turned on. If it's plugged in but still has no power, test the outlet with another working appliance. If the outlet works, check the CIRCUIT BREAKER at the bottom of the POWER PACK and press the white button to reset it. If the CIRCUIT BREAKER trips again, it indicates an internal fault.

What to do if my CAS Water Filtration System shows a LOW SALT, CLEAN CELL, or FAULTY CELL warning?
    • D
      Darrell BrownAug 21, 2025
This warning can appear for several reasons. It could be due to: - Low salt level: Check and adjust the salt level. - Buildup of calcium on the Cell plates: Calcium acts as an insulator and needs to be removed. - Low water temperature: Output can drop 2-3% for every 1°C below 28°C. - Insufficient water flow through the Cell: Check water flow and ensure the chamber is full. Backwash your filter if needed. - Damaged or old Cell: If all conditions are correct, the Cell might be at the end of its life. A damaged coating will reduce cell life and output. - Uneven levels: The Cell may have run its life in one direction.

What to do if my CAS Water Filtration System is not operating at all and comes on but turns off?
    • K
      Katelyn JohnsonAug 23, 2025
If the CIRCUIT BREAKER resets but trips again, it could be due to: 1. Excessively high salt: Check and lower the salt level if needed. 2. A short across the Cell plates: Remove the Cell and inspect the plates for any metal lying across them. If neither of these resolves the issue, further assistance is needed.

Why does my CAS Water Filtration System show a HIGH SALT WARNING?
    • D
      davisritaAug 26, 2025
A high salt warning indicates that the salt level is too high or there's a short on the cell plates. Check the salt level. Also, check the cell to ensure it is clear of any foreign materials such as wire or metal touching the plates.

What to do if my CAS Water Filtration System shows a WATER FLOW FAULT?
    • P
      pbaileyAug 28, 2025
A water flow fault can be caused by: - Low or no water flow, potentially due to a closed valve, pump fault, or burst pipe. - Insufficient water covering the water sensor. - A low-speed pump not supplying enough water to the cell housing; increase the pump speed until the housing is filled.

Why is the internal temperature high in my CAS Water Filtration System?
    • L
      Leonard BaldwinAug 30, 2025
A high internal temperature is usually due to no air flow around the POWER PACK or excessively high salt levels. Ensure the POWER PACK is mounted in a well-ventilated area, free of chemicals and fertilizers. Check the salt level.

What does it mean if my CAS Water Filtration System displays WATER TEMP LOW?
    • G
      Gregory YoungSep 1, 2025
If the display reads 'WATER TEMP LOW', it means the water temperature is below 10°C. The POWER PACK will lower output to protect the cell plates when the water temperature is this low.

Why is the OUTPUT reading less than 100% on my CAS Water Filtration System?
    • K
      krichardsonSep 4, 2025
An output reading less than 100% can be due to several factors: - Low salt level: Check and adjust the salt level. - Buildup of calcium on the Cell plates: Calcium acts as an insulator and needs to be removed. - Low water temperature: For every 1°C below 28°C, the output can drop 2-3%. - Insufficient water flow through the Cell Housing: Check water flow and ensure a full chamber of water is passing over the Cell.

Why does my CAS Water Filtration System have a sign of melting or burning of the Cell Connector Plug?
    • S
      Steven WrightSep 6, 2025
Melting or burning of the Cell Connector Plug may be caused by moisture entering the plug. If the plug is melted, it will need replacing. Otherwise, clean it. If melted, further assistance is needed.

What to do if my CAS Water Filtration System has no current flow and no output?
    • L
      Lisa LeeSep 8, 2025
If there is no current flow and no output, it indicates a faulty CONTROL or MAIN PCB. Further assistance is needed.
