machineoverthespeciedvalues.
SERVICELIMIT
Thisisthelimitvalueatwhichreconditioningisimpossiblewithoutreplacementofparts.Ifthevalueisexpected
toexceedtheservicelimitbeforenextinspectionandcorrectionareperformed,replacethepartsimmediately.The
operationoverthespeciedvaluescausesincreaseofdamageandrequiresthedowntimeofmachine,andalso
causessafetyproblems.

EVALUATIONOFMEASUREDDATA
Disagreementofmeasuringconditions,variationsofdatapeculiartoanewmachine,andmeasuringerrorsaretobe
evaluated.Determinegenerallyatwhatlevelsmeasuredvaluesarelocated,insteadofdeterminingwhetherornot
valuesfallwithinorrunoutofthereferencevalues.
DETERMININGCORRECTION,ADJUSTMENTORREPLACEMENT
Machineperformancesdeterioratewithtimeaspartswearandsomedeterioratedperformancesmayberestoredto
newlevels.Therefore,determinecorrection,adjustmentorreplacement,dependingupontheoperatinghours,kindof
workandcircumstancesinwhichthemachineisplaced,andconditionthemachineperformancestoitsmostdesirable
levels.
