Flexiblehoseassembliesmustnotbeconstructedfromhoseswhichhavebeenpreviouslyusedaspartofahose
assembly.

Whenexiblehosesorpipingaredamaged,replacethemimmediately.
Itisforbiddentomodifyahydraulicaccumulatorbymachining,weldingoranyothermeans.
Beforeremovinghydraulicaccumulatorsforservicing,theliquidpressureintheaccumulatormustbereducedtozero.
Pressurecheckonhydraulicaccumulatorsshallbecarriedoutbymethodrecommendedbytheaccumulatormanu-
facturer.
Caremustbetakennottoexceedthemaximumallowablepressureoftheaccumulator.Afteranycheckofadjustment
theremustbenoleakageofgas.
Dangerofdeathbyelectrocution!
Payspecialattentiontotheoverheadpowerlines.Makesurethemachinehassufcientclearancetopassinall
directions(alsowithraisedoropenedmachinecomponents).Alsothinkoftheradioaerial(s)oranyotherfactory-
ttedaccessoryorpartswhichmayhavebeenaddedafterwards.
Shouldacontactbetweenthemachineandanelectricpowerlineoccur,thenthefollowingprecautionsmustbetaken:
Stopthemachinemovementimmediately,stoptheengineandapplythehand-brakeorparkingbrake.
Checkifyoucansafelyleavethecaboryouractualpositionwithoutdirectcontactwithelectricwires.Ifnot,stay
inyourpositionandcallforhelp.Ifyoucanleaveyourpositionwithouttouchingthelines,jumpoffthelaststepor
supportpositiontoensurethatthereisnocontactbetweenanypartofyourbodyandthegroundatanytime.Donot
touchthemachineafterwardsuntilpowertothelineshasbeenshutoff.Whenpeopleapproachthemachine,warn
themnottotouchthemachinebuttoasktheelectricpowersupplycompanytoshutoffthepowertothelines.

2.Neveridletheengineinanenclosedareaasharmfulexhaustgasesmaybuildup.
3.Wearasuitablehearingprotectivedevice,suchasearmuffsorearplugs,ifyouareexposedtonoisewhichyou
feelisuncomfortable.
4.Thecoolingsystemoperatesunderpressurewhichiscontrolledbytheradiatorcap.Itisdangeroustoremove
thecapwhiletheengineishot.
