2.Attachasuitableliftingdevicetotheenginemounts
(1)andslowlymovetheengineintopositionoverthe
rearchassis.Makesureallharnessconnectionsand
hosesareoutofthewayorpositionedcorrectlyfor
reconnecting,beforeloweringtheengine.
3.Fixtheenginetotherearchassis.Torquetheengine
mountbolts(2)to244–298N·m(180–220lbft).
4.Disconnecttheliftingequipmentfromtheengine
mounts.

5.Connectavacuumpumptothehydraulicreservoirand
turniton.Installthebrakepump(1).Connectthe
suctionhose(2),pressurehose(4)andattenuatorhose
(3)tothebrakepumpfollowingthetagsappliedduring
removal(refertoBrakepump-Install(33.202)).Turn
offanddisconnectthevacuumpumpfromthehydraulic
reservoir.

6.Connecttheengineoildrainhose(1)totheframe
