Disconnectthebatterybeforeproceeding(RefertoBattery-Disconnect(55.302)).

NOTICE:Donotallowunauthorizedpersonstorepairorservicethismachine.BecertaintoreadtheUseandMain-
tenanceManualwithcarebeforestarting,operating,servicing,refuellingorrepairingthismachine.
NOTICE:Tagandidentifyallelectricalconnectionsandhydraulichosestofacilitateeasyidenticationduringrein-
stallation.
1.TurntheStarterswitchtothe“OFF”positionanddis-
playthe“DONOTSTART”warningnotice.
2.Unscrewthecapofthehydraulicoiltankslowlytore-
leasetheairpressurefrominsidethetank.
3.Movethecontrolleverrepeatedlybackandforthtore-
leasepressureinthehydrauliccircuit.
4.Withoilwarm,removeplugfromthebottomofthema-
chineanddraintheoilintoareceptacleofsuitableca-
pacity.
NOTICE:Fluidunderpressure;Beforeremovingtheplug
orcap,turnslowlytoreleasepressurefromthesystem.
SeetheUseandMaintenanceManual.
5.Putacontainerbelowradiatordrain.Removeradiator
cap.Removecapanddraincoolantintocontainer.In-
stallcapaftercoolanthasdrained.Installradiatorcap.
6.Putacontainerbelowengineoildrain.Removecap
anddrainoilintocontainer.Installcapafteroilhas
drained.
7.RefertoEnginehood-Remove(90.105)andremove
theenginehood.
8.RefertoRadiator-Remove(10.400)andremovethe
radiator.
