Disconnect and cap fuel supply hose (14) from the
fuel lift pump. Remove and discard cotter pin (15)
and disconnect throttle linkage (16).

Remove the fan belt. Disconnect the air cleaner
hoses. Remove the air cleaner and alternator
mounting bracket bolts (17) and remove the air
cleaner and alternator mounting bracket assembly
from the engine.
