16.Continuetoruntheportablelter.Increasetheen-
ginespeedtofullthrottle.Heattheoiltooperating
temperaturebydoingthefollowingsteps:
(A)HoldthebladecontrolleverintheTILTposition
forveseconds.
(B)ReturnthebladecontrolleverintheNEUTRAL
positionforveseconds.
(C)RepeatstepsAandBuntiltheoilinthehydraulic
systemisatoperatingtemperature.
17.Continuetoruntheengineatfullthrottle.Continue
toruntheportablelter.
18.Operateeachhydrauliccircuittocompletelyextend
andretractthecylinders.Continuetooperateeach
hydrauliccircuittwotimes,oneaftertheotherfor45
minutes.
19.Decreasetheenginespeedtolowidle.
20.Continuetoruntheportablelterfor10minutes.
21.Stoptheportablelter
22.Stoptheengine.
23.Removethehosefromthehydraulicreservoir.
24.Closethevalvethatisinstalledintheholeforthe
drainplug.
25.Disconnecttheinlethosefortheportablelterfrom
thevalve.Removetheoutlethosefromthereservoir
lterneckandreplacellercap.
26.Connectavacuumpumptothebreatherhoseofthe
hydraulicreservoir.
27.Startthevacuumpump.
28.Removethevalvefromtheholeforthedrainplug.
29.Installthedrainplug.
30.Stopthevacuumpump.Disconnectthevacuum
pumpfromtheopeninginthereservoirandinstall
thebreather.
31.Removethehydraulicandhydrostaticlterelements
fromthemachine.
32.Installnewhydraulicandhydrostaticlterelements
onthemachine.
33.Starttheengine.Checkforoilleakagearoundthe
newhydraulicandhydrostaticlters.
34.Stoptheengine.
35.Checktheoillevelinthehydraulicreservoir.Addoil
asrequired.

36.Startandruntheengineat1500rpm(r/min).
