This
program
permits
establishing a
budget
for
each
account
title and
controlling
the
appropria-
tions
from the
budget
by
inputting
the
date
and
amount
of
an
appropriation
each
time
it
is
made.
The
items
to
be
entered
are
the
account
titles,
amount
of
the
budget,
and
dates
and
amounts
of
appropriations.
Each
time
these
items
are
input,
the
program calculates
the
balance
of
the
budget
and
the
rate
of
execution
of
the
budget.
The
capabilities
of
this program include screen dis-
play
and
storing
of
data,
deletion
of
unnecessary
account
titles, and
printout
of
stored
data,
as
well as
the
totaling
capability.
This application requires a nopr,y
disk.

floppy
disk
is
used
for
a
random
access file for storing
data,
allowing
data
transfer
at
relatively high speeds.

This program uses
two
random
access files.
Therefore,
you
should
execute
MOUNT 2
in
direct
mode
before
executing
the
program. (Once this
command
has been
executed,
it
is
effective even
after
the
power
is
turned
off.}
If
a new
floppy
disk
is
used
for
stor-
ing
the
data,
execute
the
FORMAT
command.,
When
the
program
is
started,
it displays
the
