1) Delete account title
By pressing the 1 key, it is possible to delete unnecessary title-of-account files. In
this mode, the program displays account titles and budgets from the beginning.
Using the cursor keys El and. 8] , scroll the screen display until you find the title-
of- account file to be deleted. When that file is displayed, press the Y key and the
file will be deleted. When you press the N key, the program returns to the menu
without making any deletion.
2) Menu
The program moves from the current delete menu to the Budget Control menu.
(4) Printout
In this mode, it is possible to output all the stored data, together with the totals, on a
printer. An example of the printout is shown below.
The "total" fields included in the output indicate the cumulative totals of amounts of
budget execution, the current budget balance, and the cumulative totals of rates of
budget execution {from left to right).
(5) End
Terminates program execution.
