To register multiple quantity of the same item

You can register multiple quantity of items in a department by press-

ing Dept. key repeatedly or using

x key.

Sample Operation

Unit Price $1.00 $1.35

Quantity 2 3

Dept. 2 3

Step Operation

1 Input the unit price then Dept. key. One piece

of an item is registered in the department.

Z??s

2 Press the same Dept. key again.

Every time you press the Dept. key, the item

is registered in the department.

3 Input the number of quantity then press the

multiplication key.

4 Input the unit price of the item. In this

example, three pieces of $1.35 items are

registered.

5 Complete the transaction by pressing k

and p keys.
