Pilot Hole Height Adjustment
The Castle 110 comes with the pilot hole drill guide bushing preadjusted at the
factory and should not require readjustment. If the drill guide is no longer producing
pilot holes in the center of the pocket, please call Castle at 800-282-8338 for
information on how to adjust the drill guide properly.
10 Using the Optional Work Stops
The optional work stops for the Castle 110 allow the
user to more easily produce multiple parts by
positioning the work against the work stops instead of
aligning with the indicator marks each time. This
accessory is particularly useful for the efficient
production of multiple components with high accuracy.
