Clean the filter cartridge if it's dirty. If the high temperature safety switch has tripped, allow the spa to cool to below 100F and then press the “Cool” pad to reset it. If the problem persists, it may be due to improper electrical service, and you should contact your dealer.

If these steps don't solve the problem, it could be due to a defective start switch inside the motor, a motor overload condition (let it cool for one hour to reset automatically), a mode switch failure, or a damaged electrical cord, so you should contact your dealer.
