Belt: Tension Adjustment:
The belt tension is adjusted simply by raising or lowering the motor plate.
When adjusting belt tension DO NOT make it to tight. You should be able to
press the belt in approximately 1/2” for proper adjustment.
Bag Clamp:
Adjust the bag clamp tip by loosening 3/8” jam nut and screwing the bag
clamp tip up or down and retightening nut for proper adjustment from wear.
Lubrication – periodically grease bearings 1 or 2 shots.
NOTE: Make sure motor plate is raised evenly by measuring and
maintaining the same distance on each corner.
