Espresso...
Espresso is an approach to extracting flavor from roasted coffee beans.
The word << espresso >> is derived from the Italian translation of
<< espress >>, since it is brewed and served immediately.
An espresso coffee is a 30ml extract of purified hot water pushed
through freshly ground coffee beans.
Espresso coffee should have a deep reddish-brown color. A thick foam
generated from the coffee extraction should lay at the surface of the
espresso coffee; this foam is known as << the crema >>
