5. TROUBLESHOOTING
Before contacting the after-sales service, perform the following basic checks.

Inserting the batteries
- Open the cover on the back of the remote control. Correctly insert the batteries into the
remote control, respecting the “+” and “-” polarities. Ret the cover.
- The remote control is powered by two AAA LR03 1.5 V batteries. We recommend using only
alkaline batteries. Remove the batteries from the remote control if you are not going to
use it for a long time (more than one month). Used batteries must be disposed of safely.
Deposit them in specially designated collection containers to protect the environment.
