SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the appliance, read the following instructions
carefully.
Keep this instruction manual for future reference or
new users.
- It is your responsibility to make sure every user is informed
about the warnings and precautions stated in this instruction
manual.
- This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not
intended for bars, restaurants, farm houses, hotels, motels,
and oces.
- The appliance is not intended to be used by children under
the age of 8. It can be used by children over the age of 8, as
long as they are given continuous supervision.
- This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge, as long as they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved.
- Keep this appliance and its power cord out of reach of
children under the age of 8. Cleaning and maintenance tasks
should not be carried out by children.
- Place the appliance on an even, heat-resistant surface. Place
the appliance in such a way to avoid spillage of contents.
Do not place the device near heat sources, places with high
humidity levels, or combustible materials.
- CAUTION: check the appliance and its packaging for damage.
Never use the device if damaged. Immediately contact
Cecotec’s ocial Technical Support Service.
- Packaging materials may be dangerous to children. Remove
them and keep them out of their reach.
- Inspect the power cord regularly for visible damage,
especially the cord, plug, and plug casing. If the cord is
damaged, it must be repaired by the ocial Technical Support
Service of Cecotec to avoid any type of danger.
- Do not use the appliance if the cord, plug, or frame is damaged
or if it is malfunctioning, has been dropped, or damaged.
- Do not try to repair the device by yourself. Contact the ocial
Technical Support Service of Cecotec for advice.
- Do not twist, bend, pull, or damage the power cord. Protect it
from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not allow it to touch
hot surfaces. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the
working surface or worktop.
- Do not pull on the plug to disconnect the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains before moving it,
cleaning it, or when not in use. Do not leave the appliance
plugged into an unattended mains socket. Make sure it is
switched o and unplugged before mounting or removing
any parts and/or cleaning.
- Use the appliance for the purposes described in this manual.
Any other use is not recommended by the manufacturer and
may pose a hazard to both the appliance and the user.
- The appliance should not be used in potentially dangerous
locations, such as ammable, explosive, chemical-laden, or
wet atmospheres, nor near ammable materials.
- This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an
external timer or separate remote-control system.
- Do not insert or allow ngers or foreign objects to enter any
ventilation opening, as it could cause an electrical shock or
re.
