Note: Do not use the spray function with silk.
All textiles mode
This mode sets an appropriate temperature, which is suitable for all fabrics that can be
ironed and prevents clothes from becoming damaged due to an unsuitable temperature being
selected. Note: The All textile mode does not apply to fabrics that cannot be ironed.
Check the garment care label for details or try ironing on a part of the fabric not visible.
Press the temperature icon on the handle twice to change the setting.
Auto shut-o function
This function switches o the iron when it is left unattended, increasing security and saving
energy.
While the handle is gripped, the iron heats up. The Auto shut-o light indicator will remain lit
continuously.
When the handle is released, the Auto shut-o function is activated, the iron stops heating and
the Auto shut-o light indicator will ash.
Anti-drip function:
This system controls the water ow to the soleplate at all times. Below a certain temperature,
the anti-drip function cuts o the ow of water and stops the iron from dripping onto the
fabric.
Descaling
The anti-calc function is a permanent system located inside the water tank to eliminate
impurities from the water and to reduce the problems connected with limescale build-up.
To prolong the eciency of this system, follow these steps occasionally:
Unplug the iron and allow it to cool down.
Fill 3/4 of the measuring cup with water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water and ll the water
tank with this solution.
Leave the solution in the water tank for 15 minutes, shaking occasionally, and then empty it.
Fill the water tank a second time with saltwater solution, shaking occasionally and empty it
again after 15 minutes.
Fill the tank with fresh water to rinse and empty.
After ironing
Unplug the iron from the power supply.
Empty the water tank.
Switch the steam regulator clockwise and back again several times (self-cleaning). Set the
steam regulator to the “0” position.
Each time the steam regulator is used, the Self-clean system cleans the mechanism of scale
deposits.
Leave the iron in a vertical position.
Coil
the power cord loosely around of the heel of the iron. Store the iron in an upright position.
4.. CLEANIN AND MAINTENANCE
Turn o, unplug the appliance from the power supply, empty the water tank and allow it to
cool down completely.
If there is any fabric adhered to the soleplate, use a damp cloth with vinegar to wipe o the
soleplate.
Do not use abrasive scouring pads, powders or cleaners to clean the product.
If scale blocks the steam holes, use a toothpick to remove it.
To protect the soleplate while it is stored, place the steam iron in an upright position on its heel
rest. Do not store it close to metal objects.

not be disposed of with the normal unsorted municipal waste. Old appliances

of the appliance correctly.
