replace the crumb tray before using the toaster.
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
If your toast gets stuck, never use a knife or any other utensil or implement to remove the stuck
bread as this may damage the toaster and cause a safety hazard.
1. Unplug the toaster from the socket.
2. Allow the toaster to cool down completely.
3. Turn the toaster upside down and shake gently.

7. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES
This symbol indicates that, according to the applicable regulations, the
product and/or batteries must be disposed of separately from household
waste. When this product reaches the end of its shelf life, you should dispose
of the cells/batteries/accumulators and take them to a collection point
designated by the local authorities.
Consumers must contact their local authorities or retailer for information
concerning the correct disposal of old appliances and/or their batteries.
Compliance with the above guidelines will help protecting the environment.
8. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND WARRANTY
Cecotec shall be liable to the end user or consumer for any lack of conformity that exists at the
time of delivery of the product under the terms, conditions, and deadlines established by the
applicable regulations.
3. OPERATION
- Make sure the lever is in the raised position before use.
- Never force food into the bread slots. Food should t loosely between the guide wires.
- Do not place buttered bread in the toaster, as this may create a re hazard.
Toasting control
- Toasting control regulates the degree of toasting of the bread.
- Choose one of the 7 toasting levels by turning the selector.
- Adjust the toasting before toasting the bread.
- When adjusting the toasting control, remember that dry or thin slices of bread will toast
faster and require a lower adjustment than moist or thick slices of bread.
Cancel function
The pop-up lever will automatically lift the bread once toasted, but the toasting process can be
interrupted at any time by pressing the Cancel button. When you press the Cancel button, the
pop-up lever will lift the bread at that time.
Overheating function
- Reheat toasts without over-toasting.
- This function is activated and deactivated by pressing the reheat button at any time. When
the toast is overheated, the pop-up lever will automatically lift the toast. If you wish to
stop the cycle before the end of the cycle, simply press the Cancel button.
- If the Reheat button is selected within the rst 30 seconds of the toasting cycle, it will
cancel the toasting cycle. If the toasting cycle has been running for 30 seconds or more,
pressing the Reheat button will cancel the toasting cycle after 5 seconds.
Defrost function
- The Defrost function allows you to toast bread directly from the freezer.
- Your toaster will extend the toasting time to allow the bread to defrost.
- This function is activated and deactivated by pressing the Defrost button at any time.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Never use aggressive, abrasive or caustic cleaning agents. Wipe the outside of the toaster
with a clean, damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. Apply any cleaning agent to a cloth, not to
the toaster directly, before cleaning.
- Crumbs can be removed by sliding the crumb tray out of the bottom of the toaster and
discarding the crumbs. Clean the crumb tray and put it back in place. Always make sure
that the toaster has cooled down completely and is disconnected from the mains before
