MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the dust lter and dust container:
Check that the vacuum cleaner is switched off.
Hold the vacuum cleaner with the nozzle pointing downwards.
Press the release button, dismantle the lter and liquid separator from the dust container.
Empty the dust container.
If necessary, wash the lter in lukewarm soapy water, rinsing thoroughly afterwards.
Make sure that the lter is completely dry before reinserting it in position.
Dont forget to reinsert the lter assembly in position after removing it for cleaning.
Damaged or very dirty lter should be replaced.
Note: Your vacuum cleaner’s plastic part should not be machine washed.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE
Your vacuum cleaner requires a certain amount of maintenance if it is to function properly.
The following points should therefore be observed:
Check the voltage marked on the adaptor is corresponding to that of your main
voltage.
Do not use the vacuum cleaner on surfaces that have been cleaned with ammable
solvents until these have dried completely.
Do not use your vacuum cleaner to remove glowing particles that can cause re.
Never apply lubricant to the motor unit.
Do not leave the cleaner exposed to direct sunlight or in the vicinity of a heat source.
If your vacuum cleaner is damaged in such a way that the batteries become exposed:
Do not leave the battery in the vincinity of strong heat.
Do not short-circuit the battery.
Do not remove the batteries.
Use only original chargers designed for the Model.
Recharge your vacuum cleaner after use.
REMOVING BATTERIES
1. Open the battery cover.
2. Cut the straps on both side of battery.
3. Pull out the battery.
4. Rotate the wire nuts anticlockwise to disconnect the batteries.
5. The battery must be recycled or disposed of properly.
The battery should not be thrown away with
refuse or burnt.
The battery should be returned to the shop
where the vacuum cleaner was purchased,
or to a waste battery collection point.
