Do not clean the device with a corrosive cleaning agent.
Keep the device away from water or other liquids.
Store the device in a dry environment and keep it away from dust and direct sunlight.
14.Troubleshooting
If you have any of the following issues while using the non-contact forehead IR thermometer, please
refer to this service guide to resolve the issue.If the problem persists, please contact our customer
service.
The screen shows a body temperature below 32°C (89.F). When you are in surface mode, the displayed
temperature of 32°C (89.F) indicates the outside temperature that your body releases.
The message "HI" appears on the screen. When using the non-contact body
infrared thermometer, the HI message can be displayed on the screen.
The analysis is above the selected measuring range, either above 42.5 ° C (108 °
F) in body mode or over 60 ° C (140 ° F) in surface mode.
The message "LO" appears on the screen. When using the non-contact body
infrared thermometer, the Lo message can be displayed on the screen.
The analyzed temperature is below the selected measuring range, either less
than 32 ° C (90 ° F) in body mode or less than 0 ° C (32 ° F) in surface mode.
This message appears in several cases. Below is a list of the main cases.
Reasons to display the message "LO" or "HI"
Council
Temperature measurement hampered by
hair;Sweat...
Make sure there are no obstacles before measuring a
temperature.
Temperature obstructed by airflow.
Make sure there is no airflow, as this could affect the
infrared system.
The measuring distance is too wide.
Please note the measuring distance (between 5 and 15
cm).
From high/low temperature to room temperature
Wait 10 minutes before measuring body temperature
