ASSEMBLY
Before use, assemble the Floor Jack as follows:
Remove the Hex Head Screw (38) from the Lower Handle (36).1.
Insert the tted end of the Upper Handle (37) into Lower Handle. Rotate Handles 2.
until the bolt holes line up, and secure in place with the Hex Head Screw (38).
Remove Handle Bolt (34) from the Handle Socket (39).3.
Insert Handle Assembly into Handle Socket and turn Handle Assembly clockwise 4.
until it engages the pressure release gear located underneath the Handle Socket.
Thread Handle Bolt into Handle Socket and tighten.5.
