3A.4 The control handles are clearly identified as to functions and
directons. Movement of the control handles meters the flow of oil
through valves to control the speed of each function.
3A.5 The EB-4 / 6500 Wheel Lift is elevated and extended by means of
double-acting hydraulic cylinders and can be operated under "LOAD"
or "NO-LOAD" conditions.
