4A.5 SAFETY STRAP INSTRUCTIONS
(a) Lay the safety strap across the tire, with the top of the tire
enclosed in the basket section of the strap. Make sure the strap
is flat and not twisted. The curve of the T-hook should follow
the curvature of the tire. See Figure 4A.10.
