7. Device elements / Installation of the device
7.1 Installation of the device: The device consists of two main parts:
7.2. Installation of the head part:
1. The blade is employed to the head part
and affi xed with the knifescrew.
2. The cover of the head part is manually fi -
xed with knurled nuts.
8. Honing the blades
When the cutting function of the blade diminishs, it should be honed. Hold
the whetstone carefully and in short time periods from behind to the blade
while the engine is working. (see picture below)
Caution! danger of cutting, do not touch the blade!
CAUTION!
Do not connect the engine part (230V) to the mains!
- The mains part should be connected to the mains
connection (230V) so that it can be easily reached in case of danger.
- Protect the mains device from humidity, dampness and heat, do not place it on the ground.
CAUTION!
During honing please wear goggles for your own security!
Do not keep the whetstone on the blade for a long time,
otherwise, the blade can be damaged.
Press down slightly on the right side and pull the knife.
Do not hold into the knife for a long time.
