Priortoinitiatingwinchingoperationbesureanyelementwhich
caninterferewithsafewinchingisremoved.
Donotdisengageclutchifwinchisunderloadorwireropeisin
tension.
Takeyourtime.Sloppyriggingcausesaccidents.
Thewireropemustalwaysspoolontothedrumasindicatedby
thedrumrotationlabelonthewinch.
Toavoidinjuryandpropertydamage:

Donotsubmergeinwater.
Donotusetotowothervehicles.
Wearheavyleathergloveswhenhandlingthewirerope.
Never winch with less than 5 wraps of wire ropearound the
drum.
Caution should be used if the vehicle is tied down during a
winchingoperation.Thismayleadtodamagetotheframe.
Beforewinching,inspectremotecontrolleadfordamage.
