4. INSTALLATION OF LIGHT GATEWAY
WARNING!
Installation should be performed by a qualifi ed technician.
Prior to installation, disable the power supply to the product. The BUS cable is po-
larised: to avoid problems when the system is started up, observe the polarities (T
with T, and B with B) between all system components.
The term “Teleassistance” (TD) means the service directed to the Technical Assi-
stance Centre, through which all the product support functions of Cha olink are
enabled remotely.
The term “Remote Control” (RC) means, conversely, the service directed to end
users, through which they can use the smartphone App or web portal to monitor
and set their Cha oteaux products.
Note: RC (Remote Control) is only possible if Expert Control is also installed

The following paragraph shows some of the main feasible system schemes using
Cha olink and other accessories that are already within the Cha oteaux product
range, as well as the types of services that can be activated using these confi gu-
rations.

General
