DO NOT plug in any electrical devices.
Add oil.  Assembly > Add Engine Oil.
Recommended: 10W-30, up to 16.9 fl. oz. (500 ml) DO NOT overfill.
For Gasoline Operation
Turn the fuel cap vent lever to the “ON” (|) position.

Add fuel.  Assembly > Add Fuel: Gasoline
DO NOT use E15 or E85.
Connect propane cylinder.
 Assembly > Add Fuel: Propane (LPG)
or / o
Turn the dial to the “CHOKE” position.
Start Up / Arrancar
Abra el cartón de envío.  Montaje > Desempacando
Gire el dial a la posición “AHOGAR”.
Agregue aceite.  Montaje > Agregue Aceite al Motor.

For Gasoline Operation
Pull the recoil to start the engine.

Pull the recoil 3-5 times to prime the engine.

Move generator to an open, outdoor area.
Point exhaust away. Never run generator in
enclosed areas (e.g., not in house or garage).

Keep all objects at least 5 feet (1.5 m) from
generator. Heat from the muffler and exhaust gas
