How to clean stains and smudges on my Champion Entsafter Juicer parts?
    • A
      Abigail JohnsonAug 17, 2025
If the Champion parts are stained and smudged, it's likely due to red and green vegetables. This doesn't affect the juice quality. To clean the parts, use butter, margarine, or oil to remove the stains, then soak them in cold water with plenty of washing-up liquid for at least 5 hours.

Why is my Champion Entsafter not expelling pulp correctly?
    • X
      xhughesAug 26, 2025
If your Champion juicer isn't expelling pulp correctly, it might be due to a few reasons. First, ensure that the food pieces you're feeding into the juicer are as large as possible, but still fit into the opening. Avoid cutting them too small. Also, make sure you're not adding food too slowly. Maintain a medium speed while pushing the plunger down until the food is grated. When you release the plunger, it shouldn't extend more than 1 cm out of the feeding chute. Finally, the body of the juicer might be clogged. To empty the pulp, push on the front of the body while adding food or pushing the plunger down. This might create some noise, but it won't damage the machine. Be careful not to reach into the opening of the body!

    • D
      Douglas MendezAug 28, 2025
If the pulp from your Champion juicer is too moist, it could be because you're adding food too quickly. Try decreasing the rate at which you add food to a medium speed and hold the plunger down for about 2 seconds.

      Amber FaulknerSep 2, 2025
If your Champion juicer is expelling juice along with the pulp, the screen might not be positioned correctly. Make sure to check its position. If necessary, re-insert the screen. Also, the screen might be clogged. If the holes are blocked, soak it in a strong solution of cold water and washing-up liquid for 24-48 hours, then brush it again. Remember to clean the screen after every use.

If the juice from your Champion juicer is getting hot, it might be because the food you're juicing is old and dried out. Try to use fresh, good-quality food for juicing to get the best results. Also, you might be putting the food into the machine too slowly. Try adding food at a medium speed and push the plunger down for about 2 seconds.

What are the grooves in the cutter of my Champion Juicer?
    • A
      Aaron LeeSep 13, 2025
The grooves in the cutter of your Champion juicer are a result of the manufacturing process during casting. They are more noticeable after the juice discolors the cutter, but they won't get larger or cause the cutter to break as long as the cutter has not been used.
