What to do if my Chard Ice Maker cycle is normal but no ice is made?

If your Chard Ice Maker completes the ice-making cycle but doesn't produce ice, it could be due to a few reasons. The ambient temperature or water temperature in the inner tank might be too high. Try operating the ice maker below 90°F and using colder water in the tank. Alternatively, there might be a refrigerant liquid leakage or a blockage in the cooling system pipe, which would require verification by a qualified technician.
