Continuous gobo rotation of your Chauvet Light Fixture can occur if Gobo plate #1 is missing or in the wrong location. Verify that Gobo plate #1 is correctly installed.
What to do if my Chauvet Light Fixture does not light up?
If your Chauvet Light Fixture does not light up, first, increase the value of the dimmer channel if the dimmer fader is set to “0”. Also, increase the value of the color channel. If all colors in CUSTOM mode are set to “0”, increase the values of the colors. Verify the external power circuit and wiring. If the issue persists, send the unit for repair.
