4. Click [New] to create a new project.
5. Please type in the project name, the
author of the project, which can be left blank,
the time zone of working region.
Then select the [Coordinate System] to
choose the coordinate system of the project.
In the CRS selection menu, please click [Add]
button to add pre-define coordinate system in
the list.
Select the Continent and Region according to
working area, then find proper Coordinate
System to use.
After select Coordinate System, please click
[Select] button to confirm.
Then selected coordinate system is available
