Function description of external lighting
Low beam lamp,
high beam lamp,
front fog lamp
Electric circuit reliability of low beam lamp, high beam lamp and front fog
lamp are provided by following items:
①External relay output;
②BCM low-side controls relay coil;
③External relay is secured by the fuse.
Emergency braking hazard lamps double frequency flash
Function
When vehicle speed indicated on the gauge reaches 60km/h, in the case of
emergency braking (the speed change exceeds 22km/h within 1s), left and right
turn signal lamps will double frequency flash, and left and right turn signal
indicator lamps and hazard lamp switch indicator will flash synchronously.
With this function activated, the flashing can be stopped via following 3 ways:
①The key is turned to OFF;
②The accelerator pedal is depressed, and the car is to be accelerated;
③Press hazard lamp switch;
Remarks: BCM detects the signal of accelerator pedal by detecting “Gas Pedal
Position” signal from OXFA of CAN signal.
