What to do if the display on my Chino IR-CZ Thermometer is fluctuated?

  If your Chino Thermometer displays a fluctuating measurement, ensure the device is firmly fixed in a location free from vibration. Check that the connector and terminal are securely connected. Also, verify that the power voltage is within the acceptable range by supplying the correct voltage. If steam interferes with the view field, purge it with air. If the measured temperature is genuinely fluctuating, program the emissivity value and modulation degree.

  If your Chino Thermometer is displaying a measuring value that is lower than expected or not showing at all, first ensure that the power supply is providing the correct voltage. Check that the connection cable is firmly connected; if disconnected, replace it. Make sure the view field isn't obstructed. If the measured temperature is below the thermometer's minimum range, use a thermometer with an appropriate range. Also, verify that the programmed emissivity value isn't too high, and ensure the device is used in a location where dew does not form to prevent optic system interference.

  If your Chino Thermometer is displaying a measuring value that is higher than expected, first ensure that the measured temperature isn't exceeding the thermometer's maximum range by using a thermometer with an appropriate range. Also, verify that the programmed emissivity value isn't too low. Prevent heat radiation from external high-temperature sources from affecting the measurement by using a non-transmissive board to shield the measurement face or thermometer.
