2. Installation and

Unpacking
The apparatus is delivered in a special packing, that we advise
you to keep for future use (transfer of the Multi compartment oven
from one site to another one, periodic service...)
.
This packing contains the EM10, the power cord and the instruction
manual
.
In its delivery packing, the EM10 is maintained in a cardboard
equipped with polystyrene foam for preventing shock damage
.
To take out the EM10 of its packing, lift up the cardboard by holding
its handles.
Put it on a flat surface. Open the vertical sides of the cardboard and
free the
EM10 from polystyrene foam.
